Power Station is a work exploring the fields of art, design and sociology, it is a project to put the human being in the energy ecosystem. Thought like a game for children connected to an electric generator, it allows to transform the inertia of the movement in kW/h, stored by the batteries, Which are filled progressively according to the force and the frequency of the game, the use being made via a terminal, in free access. Intended to be installed in a park, it has generated an equivalent of 3300 to 4000KW/h.
Its goal is to channel the vitality of childrens through a mini center involving all Protagonists in the game. Power Station focuses on energy democratization and the inclusion of humans in the electricity production and consumption cycle. It is a collaborative installation questioning our reflexes of daily use of energy and the boundaries of the notion of renewable energies.
